Experience has taught us that it is vital to start every project with a clear brief. We don't charge for initial meetings and aim to come away with a clear definition of what a client wants to say, who they want to reach and how we are going to work together.

After that, we recommend that clients allocate 10-15% of their total budget to the design phase. Getting the foundations right sets clear shared expectations and gives everyone confidence that the plan can be delivered on time and budget.

Delivery is where we seek to focus as much of the budget as possible. A thorough plan typically allows us to put 85-90% of the budget "on screen", maximizing quality and impact.

Staged payments are tied closely to project deliverables. A typical model is: 30% downpayment on commencement of design, 40% on presentation of the completed design documents and 30% due on final delivery.
